Nok Air adds flight routes to Nakhon Phanom

Nok Air have announced a new route between Bangkok Don Muang Airport and Nakhon Phanom starting on June 12th.
The route will be flown on the Bangkok - Nakhon Phanom route on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays using codes DD 380 and DD386. The flight will be operated by and a Boeing 737-800 and last about 1hr 10 minutes.
At the time of writing these fares varied between 899 - 1629 THB, before the usuall add-ons, depending on the level of service (Nok Lite, Nok X-tra, Nok Max).
Flying back to Bangkok from Nakhon Phanom will be on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, using codes DD 381 and DD 387. Base fares at the time of writing were between 1149 - 1879 THB.
Nakhon Phanom is a tranquil, calm, and hospitable town located in the northeast of Thailand, along the Mekong River and the border with Laos. This is a great place for a short trip from Bangkok or as part of a longer trip to Issan because there are many coffee shops, reliable internet, cheap places to stay, and many ways to get around. The surrounding mountains are spectacular, especially during a misty daybreak.
