Suvarnabhumi Outside

In an effort to increase tourism and minimise the financial strain on travellers, parking in Zone C at Suvarnabhumi Airport will be free during two sets of long holidays this month.

During Asanha Bucha and Buddhist Lent, parking will be free from 12:01 a.m. on July 12 to 11:59 p.m. on July 18 (7 days in total), and on the occasion of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn's birthday, from July 27 to August 1 at 11:59 p.m. (a total of 6 days).

In an effort to ease the financial burden on holiday travellers and boost tourism, Suvarnabhumi operator Airports of Thailand (AOT) stated that parking costs in Zone C, which is allocated for long-term parking and has a capacity of 718 vehicles, will be waived in an effort to ease the financial burden on long-term parking.

There will also be free shuttle bus service between the parking lot and the passenger terminals.

The bus leaves every 15 minutes and can be used at the times listed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

AOT asked customers to arrive at the airport at least three hours before the departure time for international flights and at least two hours prior to the departure time for domestic flights, as it anticipates a large number of travellers during the long holidays.
