Flag carrier Thai Airways International Public Co. Ltd. is teaming up with the Travel Authority of Thailand (TAT) for the launch of a new campaign that is aimed at boosting tourism in 60 destinations.
The campaign - called 60 Happiness Routes @ Mueang Thai Series Campaign - is in line with the carrier and TAT’s 60th anniversary celebration on May 1, 2020. It offers three themes namely Winter Sweet, Summer Zap, and Mom & Me in the Rain.
Under the initiative, discounted tickets will be offered to passengers flying with Thai Airways and Thai Smile to select local destinations.
For the winter theme, Thai Airways economy, royal silk seats, and codeshare tickets on Thai Smile flights would cost 2,600 baht on condition that two people travel together, while those traveling in a group of four are eligible for a discounted price of 2,300 baht each.
Thai Airways said the fares are applicable for destinations namely Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Ubon Ratchathani, Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Surat Thani, Krabi, Phuket, Hat Yai, and Narathiwat.
Flyers have until March 15 to book tickets, and those who would book through the website would have the chance to win free flight tickets, hotel gift cards, package tour, and premium gifts from TAT.
Meanwhile, the Summer Zap and Mom & Me in the Rain themes will be introduced in April and July, respectively.
