Thai Smile to Increase Service to China

Thai Smile continues to expand its network with the recent launch of its new routes from the Thai capital to a couple of Chinese destinations, Changsha and Chongqing.

New direct services from Bangkok to Chongqing and Changsha in China will commence on October 27, 2013.

Thai Smile will connect both destinations to Bangkok three times per week from its hub at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

This early, the budget carrier is already planning to increase its frequency to Changsha to five times each week starting January 16, 2014.

Chongqing is one of the five national central cities in China. It is a major urban center located in the Southwestern China that is also known for its rich historical and cultural heritage. Its economy is centered on the manufacturing activities especially on motor vehicles making it one of the major hubs of the country's automotive industry.

Changsha, meanwhile, is the administrative capital of Hunan province and an important and major port in the south central China.
