The upcoming low-cost courier service, called Redbox by AirAsia, is an innovative brand that would revolutionize the courier and delivery service industry in the region.
Redbox is designed to provide clients affordable rates for their delivery service by up to 50% lower than its rivals.
AirAsia is always ahead of its competition, and Redbox is just another innovation that would surely become a hit among its clients. The brand is targeted at a wide range of market segments like average consumers, big businesses or corporations, and overseas foreign workers for the carriage of important documents, parcels, and packages throughout AirAsia's route network.
Initially, Redbox will be available to the following markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam. It will be expanded in the future to other countries where AirAsia group operates.

To offer more convenience to its customers, they can arrange with local Redbox outlets for pick-up service straight from their doorstep. Alternatively, customers may drop their items/packages at any Redbox outlets and drop-off centers.
