26th Jun 2014

AirAsia Plane

Travelers between Bangkok and the university town of Khon Kaen will have more options to choose from when Thai AirAsia increases its flight frequency on the said route.

The additional frequency will take effect starting August 1 this year, enabling customers to take their trips between the two destinations more frequently.

Khon Kaen is located in the northeastern region of Thailand which is best known for its charm as a university town.

The budget airline is now offering promotional fares for the launch with seats priced at an incredibly low THB590 for a one-way trip. The cost is already inclusive of duties and airport taxes but excludes processing fees.

The airline's website is now accepting bookings until June 29 or while seats availability last. Bookings are also available in other channels like airline's own ticketing outlets and authorized sales agents. Travels should be made between now or the date of booking and October 31, 2014. Regular terms and conditions apply.

To sweeten the promotional deal, customers can enjoy the 'Spiced Up' promo that AirAsia has concocted specifically for the Bangkok-Khon Kaen launch. They only need to show their boarding pass for the Khon Kaen route at any participating outlets and instantly get 15% discount on most items. Participating outlets include Cafe de Forest, Cake@Home, Baan Ruen Rom, Full Moon, Bike on the Bear, Hug Hang, hummingbird, Coffee Der La, Mama Big, Na Mai, Nam Nuang Lap Lae, Orbit Gastro Bar, NUM-GUN-DE, Pizza & Bake Restaurant, SF Roast Chicken among others. This promo is available until August 31, 2014 only.
