Solar Air Flights Suspended

Low cost airline, Solar Air has announced that it has temporarily suspended all flights due to the effects of flooding at Don Muang Airport and the added air traffic congestion at Suvarnabhumi Airport.

The Bangkok leg of their flights have been relocated to Utapao International Airport in Pattaya

The airline posted on their website: 'If any valued passengers are looking for booking our ticket or checking the flight, please access at our website: www.solarair.co.th We do really apologize for any inconvenience caused and deeply appreciate for your understanding.'

Solar Air are a small low cost airline operating to locations in the north of Thailand with their fleet of Dornier228 19 seat and EMB110-P2 19 seat aircraft. They operate flights from Bangkok Don Muang, Hua Hin, Lumpang, Nan, Mae Sot, Phrae, Chumphon, Loei and Roi Et airports.
