THAI Website Awarded Best In Asia-Pacific

The award-winning state-owned flag carrier has earned another recognition this year with the recent award bestowed on the airline for its user-friendly website.

The latest honor was accorded to the airline in recognition for its effort in harnessing the huge potential of digital technology to provide customers useful information with regards to travel in general.

The airline's Vice President of Digital Commercial Department, Mr. Chutintorn Srisittikum, was delighted to receive the award on behalf of Thai Airways, acknowledging the airline's effort to continuously improve its products and services to provide optimum comfort to its customers. He added that they will continue find ways to make their website even more relevant to their customers in years ahead.

The annual TravelMole APAC Web Awards 2014 is the seventh edition this year which primarily recognize companies for the use of the latest technology in website, social media, and mobile platforms across the Asia-Pacific region.

The awarding rites for the 2014 edition was held in Singapore's ITB Asia on October 29-31, 2014 which was attended by more than 10,000 participants from 110 countries in the travel industry.

TravelMole's CEO and Publisher, Mr Charles Kao, himself was on hand to present the awards to the lucky winners. Also present during the ceremony was THAI General Manager for Singapore, Mr Kittiphong Sansomboon.
