Bangkok Airways continues to up the ante in the competition as it keeps looking for ways to improve customer service with the introduction of its newest self-service check-in facility at the country's premier airport, Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
The new facility, aptly named common-use self-service kiosks (CUSS), will enable passengers to check-in themselves without going through the agonizing procedure of falling in line at the check-in counters.
The airline official disclosed that they have been offering web check-in service for quite some time already wherein passengers can do the usual check-in procedure using their digital devices. The service was proven to be helpful especially those who abhor the long lines at the check-in counters which can be very slow sometimes.
With the recent introduction of CUSS service, they are hoping to give their customers more convenience and better flight experience with them. The CUSS will expedite the check-in procedure allowing passengers to relax and enjoy their experience at the airport while waiting for their flight. If they have a checked luggage, they can proceed directly to counter F3 to drop it right after getting a printed copy of their boarding pass.
The new facility is useful especially to travelers who don't have mobile computer or similar device with them but want to avail of a much speedier check-in.
