Starting March 31 this year, a new service connecting Bangkok and Krabi will commence with two-times daily frequency. Simultaneously, two more new services to regional destinations will also start operating from its Bangkok hub, these are the Bangkok-Trat (3 times daily) and Bangkok-Male (5 times weekly) routes. Later, on September 16, the Bangkok-Mandalay service will be launched starting off with 4 weekly flights. Flights to Krabi and Mandalay are now open for bookings. Additionally, the airline will deploy its Airbus A319 aircraft for its Bangkok-Phnom Penh service as it has added frequencies to its Samui-Phuket route during summer.

Recently, a direct service was just launched between Bangkok and Vientiane, Lao Republic and has added frequency to its Koh Samui-Hong Kong service. Services to Luang Prabang, Koh Samui and Siem Reap are subject to adjustments depending on the season.

The newly-introduced routes as well as the additional frequencies provide its loyal customers better connections and more options to choose from when they travel within Thailand and to regional destinations within Southeast Asia.

Bangkok Airways also maintain codeshare agreements with some of the world's major airlines to enhance its reach and connectivity beyond Thailand and Southeast Asia. These include Air Berlin, Eva Air, Air France, Etihad Airways, Finnair, KLM/Royal Dutch Airlines, Japan Airlines, Malaysian Airlines, SilkAir and Thai Airways.

At the moment, Bangkok Airways fly to eight domestic points as well as 11 regional and international destinations. Its domestic network includes Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Pattaya, Samui, Lampang, Sukhothai, Trat and Krabi. On its regional network, cities include Hong Kong, Singapore, Mumbai, Dhaka, Kuala Lumpur, Luang Prabang, Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, Vientiane, Male, and Yangon.
