Nok Mini, formerly known as SGA Airlines, is a Thai regional airline that offers a regular schedule of chartered domestic passenger and freight air travel from its base at the Don Mueang International Airport to north and northeastern areas of Thailand.

Owned by Siam General Aviation Co., Ltd., it was launched in October 2002, and has a current fleet size of 4 aircraft servicing 7 destinations around the country. The airline is also a known authorized service center for Cessna planes in the country.

As a commuter airline, Nok Mini caters to passengers and freight requirements needing connection to smaller towns that have low air traffic demand. While these out-of-the-way destinations aren’t serviced by other larger airlines due to low passenger density, these places comprise Nok Mini’s target destinations.

Nok Mini’s flight frequencies benefit these communities and provides for a better option to ground transportation services which can be both time-consuming and uncomfortable. The airline puts special emphasis on the number of flights it operates to these small cities and far-flung areas to the north and north east of Thailand, so aircraft size runs the average of 34-seater airplanes.

Nok Mini also provides independent air charter service to different destinations based on customer demand.

The airline was launched in February 2001 with the aim of providing international-quality air travel and transportation using lighter commercial aircraft. By November of the same year, the company established a route from Bangkok to Hua Hin in their regular flight schedule, and by 2007, it began its northern route operations and launched its online booking facility.

The airline considers it their mission to develop Thailand’s General Aviation; provide customer satisfaction through excellent service; promote safety, reliability and efficiency in their fleet by strictly maintaining all aircraft based on manufacturer standards and local DCA codes, and bringing their team to the forefront of the air industry through enhancing staff training and expertise.

Nok Mini currently offers a round trip fare of THB 2,500 from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai as one of its northern routes.
