Happy Air, an airline based in Thailand and founded by its parent company, Happy Air Travelers Co., Ltd., provides scheduled domestic air transportation from Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Phuket International Airport. Founded in April 2009, it offers charter services, as well.

It currently has a fleet of three Saab 340 turboprop aircraft and flies to Bangkok, Phuket, Chiang Mai, Langkawi, Krabi, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Buriram, Trang, and Hat Yai on a regular basis.

In October 2011, Happy Air Travelers Co., Ltd., announced suspension of all its flights on its website due to business reorganization and services upgrade.

By December 2011, the company released another statement declaring operations would resume for its Bangkok to Ranong route and its Suvarnabhumi to Hae Hong Son, Mae Sod, and Nan services, but a date has yet to be set for its Phuket to Hat Yai flights.

At present, no other airline carries a direct air passenger link for the Phuket to Hat Yai route, two destinations considered to have the largest international airports in southern Thailand.
